Use of the Platform for B2C or consumer messaging is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and for ensuring that your messaging activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
• Similar messaging, privacy, or communications laws, where applicable

B2BSMSMail does not determine whether your messages are legally permitted and does not provide legal advice.

AI-Assisted Compliance Safeguards (No Guarantee)

B2BSMSMail uses AI-assisted checks, safeguards, and risk indicators to help identify potential compliance issues and promote responsible use of the Platform.

• AI-based systems may produce errors or omissions
• These checks do not guarantee legal compliance
• They do not constitute legal advice

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that all messaging activities are lawful.

Consent and Outreach Practices

Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2BSMSMail is not liable for user-generated messaging, compliance failures, penalties, or disputes.

Termination

Access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations or risk. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior to termination.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
